Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Be returned with the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and documentation, where applicable.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
